Charlie Pete was founded on the idea of being "perfectly imperfect" but when it comes to your order, we pride ourselves on living up to your standards. If your item(s) do not meet your expectations, we are happy to accept returns and will issue store credit.
- All returns are to be done within (14) days of delivery.
This should go without saying but, items must be unwashed, unworn and have the tags still attached.
Items not eligible for return include:
- Bags & purses
- Sale items
If your order is damaged, please email email@example.com within (3) days of receipt. We are more than happy to fix this for you!
How to make a return:
Make sure your return meets our requirements then please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll provide a shipping label and will process your return within (3) days after it's received. An e-mail will be sent when your store credit is available.Still got questions?
